The Arc Erie County New York Compliance Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to all employees, providers, individuals, and family members, and others so that people can report suspected Compliance violations, including suspected Fraud, Waste & Abuse as quickly as possible. All Compliance Hotline calls are confidential to the extent possible and the caller may remain anonymous. There is no retaliation or retribution against any person making a good faith report of a suspected violation.

Report Abuse & Neglect, a Death or Financial Misconduct:

The Justice Center operates a centralized, statewide toll-free hotline and incident reporting system that receives and tracks allegations of abuse and neglect 24 hours a day, 7-days a week. Reports are made by service providers and others who are "mandated reporters" as well as by any individual who witnesses or suspects the abuse or neglect of a person with special needs.
